For purposes of these Terms:
“Aller-Retour”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Aller-Retour Travel Solutions.
“Client”, “you”, or “your” means the person, company, organisation, or entity requesting or receiving our services.
“Services” means any travel, tourism, transportation, immigration, mobility, logistics, booking, consultancy, or related services offered or arranged by us.
“Third-Party Supplier” means an airline, hotel, tour operator, transport provider, insurer, embassy, government authority, booking platform, visa service provider, or other external service provider involved in delivering the requested service.
“Booking” means a confirmed reservation or arrangement made by or through Aller-Retour on behalf of a client.
3. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments, and services unless separate written terms have been expressly agreed between Aller-Retour and the client.
Additional terms may apply to particular services, including the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, transport companies, immigration authorities, government agencies, and other third-party suppliers.
Where such additional terms apply, the client is responsible for reviewing them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
4. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Use information obtained from the website for unauthorised commercial purposes;
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Travel Quotations
Travel quotations provided by Aller-Retour are generally based on information and availability available at the time the quotation is prepared.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation is not a confirmed booking.
Prices may change because of:
- Airline fare changes;
- Hotel rate changes;
- Currency fluctuations;
- Government taxes or charges;
- Fuel surcharges;
- Availability;
- Changes imposed by third-party suppliers;
- Changes in travel dates or passenger details;
- Changes in government or regulatory charges.
A quotation becomes binding only when the applicable booking requirements have been satisfied and the booking has been confirmed by Aller-Retour or the relevant supplier.
6. Booking Confirmation
A booking will generally be considered confirmed when:
- The client has accepted the applicable quotation or booking terms;
- Required passenger or traveller information has been provided;
- Any required deposit or payment has been received; and
- Aller-Retour or the relevant supplier has confirmed the booking.
The exact requirements may vary depending on the service.
A payment alone does not necessarily guarantee availability unless the booking has been confirmed.
7. Payments
The client agrees to pay all amounts due for the requested services within the applicable payment period.
Payment methods may include those communicated by Aller-Retour at the time of booking.
Where a deposit is required, the booking may remain subject to availability until the required payment and confirmation conditions have been satisfied.
Where a balance is due before travel, the client must ensure that the balance is paid by the stated deadline.
Failure to make payment on time may result in:
- Cancellation of the booking;
- Loss of availability;
- Repricing;
- Additional charges;
- Forfeiture of applicable deposits;
- Cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers.
Any applicable cancellation or administrative charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.
8. Currency and Price Changes
Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted by Aller-Retour are in the currency specified in the quotation or invoice.
Where services are priced in a foreign currency, the final amount payable may be affected by exchange-rate fluctuations, bank charges, supplier pricing, or other applicable costs.
Government taxes, airport charges, visa fees, insurance premiums, and other third-party charges may change after a quotation has been issued.
9. Cancellation and Amendments
Travel bookings are often subject to strict cancellation and amendment conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurers, and other suppliers.
Cancellation or amendment charges may therefore vary depending on:
- The type of booking;
- The supplier’s terms;
- The time remaining before travel;
- The fare or package selected;
- Whether the booking is refundable;
- Whether tickets or reservations have already been issued;
- Whether the supplier has incurred non-refundable costs.
Where a client requests cancellation or amendment, Aller-Retour will advise the client of the applicable charges and refund position as reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or other consumer right that is mandatory under applicable Kenyan law.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the amount refunded will depend on:
- The amount actually recoverable from the relevant supplier;
- Supplier cancellation policies;
- Applicable taxes and charges;
- Non-refundable amounts;
- Administrative or service charges that are lawfully applicable;
- Any other applicable terms communicated at the time of booking.
Where Aller-Retour is acting as an intermediary, we cannot guarantee a refund where the relevant third-party supplier has refused or is unable to provide one.
Refunds may take time to process because third-party suppliers may need to release the funds before the refund can be passed to the client.
Where a refund is legally required, Aller-Retour will process it in accordance with applicable law and the applicable booking terms.
11. Airline Bookings
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules, ticket conditions, baggage policies, schedules, and other terms of the relevant airline.
Airlines may change:
- Flight schedules;
- Departure or arrival times;
- Aircraft;
- Routes;
- Baggage allowances;
- Seating arrangements;
- Connections;
- Operating carriers.
Aller-Retour will use reasonable efforts to assist clients with airline changes and disruptions, but we do not control the decisions or operations of airlines.
Clients should verify flight details before travelling and remain attentive to communications concerning their itinerary.
12. Accommodation
Hotel and accommodation bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant property or accommodation provider.
Room availability, rates, check-in requirements, cancellation policies, deposits, security deposits, taxes, resort fees, and other charges may vary.
Aller-Retour is not responsible for changes made by a hotel or accommodation provider outside our control.
Where a hotel requires a valid payment card, identification, deposit, or other information at check-in, the traveller is responsible for complying with those requirements.
13. Tours, Safaris and Excursions
Safari, tour, excursion, and holiday packages may involve independent third-party operators.
Travel itineraries may be changed due to:
- Weather;
- Road conditions;
- Wildlife or environmental conditions;
- Government restrictions;
- Safety considerations;
- Supplier availability;
- Operational requirements;
- Force majeure events.
Where a material change is necessary, Aller-Retour will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and, where appropriate, provide available alternatives in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.
14. Transportation and Transfers
Transportation, airport transfers, car hire, charter services, and other mobility arrangements may be provided by independent suppliers.
Vehicles, drivers, routes, schedules, and availability may be subject to change.
Clients are expected to provide accurate pick-up, drop-off, flight, contact, and passenger information.
Aller-Retour will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
15. Visa and Immigration Assistance
Aller-Retour may provide assistance with visa, work permit, immigration, or related applications.
Our role may include:
- Providing application guidance;
- Assisting with documentation;
- Reviewing documents for completeness;
- Coordinating submission;
- Communicating with relevant authorities where authorised;
- Providing administrative support.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aller-Retour does not guarantee that a visa, permit, entry clearance, or immigration application will be approved.
The final decision to grant or refuse a visa, permit, entry clearance, or immigration status rests with the relevant government authority.
Government processing times are outside our control.
Fees paid to government authorities, embassies, consulates, visa centres, or other third parties may be non-refundable.
Clients remain responsible for providing truthful, accurate, complete, and authentic information.
We are not responsible for refusal, delay, or cancellation resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, expired, or misleading information supplied by a client.
16. Passport Services
Where we assist with passport-related services, clients are responsible for providing accurate information and the required documentation.
Passport applications and issuance remain subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant government authority.
Aller-Retour does not guarantee the approval or processing time of a passport application.
17. Travel Insurance
Where travel insurance is requested, Aller-Retour may arrange or facilitate insurance through an insurance provider.
The insurance contract is between the client and the relevant insurer.
Coverage, exclusions, claims, premiums, benefits, and eligibility are governed by the insurer’s policy terms.
Clients should read their insurance policy carefully before travelling.
Aller-Retour does not determine whether an insurance claim will be accepted or paid.
18. Travel Documents and Traveller Responsibilities
The client and each traveller are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents required for their journey.
These may include:
- Valid passports;
- Visas;
- Work permits;
- Entry permits;
- Vaccination or health documentation where applicable;
- Travel insurance;
- Tickets;
- Identification documents;
- Other documents required by the destination or transit countries.
Travel requirements may change without notice.
Clients should verify current requirements with the relevant authorities before travelling.
Aller-Retour may provide assistance or information but does not guarantee that a traveller will be permitted to enter or transit through a country.
19. Accuracy of Client Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to Aller-Retour is accurate and complete.
This includes:
- Names;
- Passport numbers;
- Dates of birth;
- Nationality;
- Travel dates;
- Destinations;
- Contact information;
- Visa information;
- Accommodation details;
- Special requirements.
Incorrect information may result in additional charges, booking errors, denied boarding, visa refusal, cancellation, or other consequences.
Where a client provides information belonging to another traveller, the client confirms that they are authorised to provide that information.
20. Special Requests
Clients may request special arrangements such as:
- Dietary requirements;
- Accessibility assistance;
- Medical or mobility assistance;
- Seating preferences;
- Child travel arrangements;
- Special accommodation requirements.
Aller-Retour will communicate such requests to relevant suppliers where appropriate.
However, a request is not considered guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the relevant supplier.
21. Delays, Disruptions and Changes
Travel services can be affected by circumstances outside our control.
These may include:
- Flight delays or cancellations;
- Strikes;
- Traffic;
- Weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Political unrest;
- Government restrictions;
- Border closures;
- Security incidents;
- Public health emergencies;
- Mechanical failures;
- Supplier insolvency;
- Changes in immigration requirements;
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist affected clients, but we cannot guarantee that alternative arrangements will always be available or that additional costs will not arise.
22. Force Majeure
Aller-Retour shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government action, border closures, severe weather, infrastructure failures, transport disruptions, supplier failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients and communicate available options.
23. Third-Party Suppliers
Many travel services are supplied by independent third parties.
These may include airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, insurers, visa centres, government agencies, booking platforms, and other providers.
The services of these suppliers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Aller-Retour acts as a travel facilitator, coordinator, agent, or intermediary where applicable and does not control the operations of independent suppliers.
Where a third-party supplier is responsible for delivering a service, any applicable claim relating to that service may need to be addressed in accordance with the supplier’s terms.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aller-Retour shall not be liable for losses arising directly from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the acts, omissions, decisions, failures, delays, or insolvency of independent third-party suppliers.
This may include losses resulting from:
- Airline cancellations;
- Hotel cancellations;
- Visa refusal;
- Immigration decisions;
- Passport delays;
- Border restrictions;
- Transport delays;
- Supplier failures;
- Lost or stolen personal property;
- Changes to travel schedules;
- Weather or natural events;
- Government decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other circumstances where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Personal Belongings
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, passports, money, electronic devices, and other valuables.
Clients should maintain appropriate travel insurance and follow the security requirements of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and destinations.
Where baggage is lost, delayed, or damaged by an airline or other carrier, the traveller should report the matter directly to the relevant carrier and follow its claims procedure.
26. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit for their planned travel and activities.
Travellers should obtain appropriate medical and travel advice before travelling where necessary.
Certain activities, destinations, safaris, excursions, or transportation arrangements may carry inherent risks.
Clients should comply with reasonable safety instructions provided by Aller-Retour and relevant suppliers.
27. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding a service arranged by Aller-Retour, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where the issue concerns a third-party supplier, we will, where appropriate, assist the client in communicating with the relevant supplier.
We encourage clients to raise complaints promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and seek a resolution.
We will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly, efficiently, and amicably.

We reserve the right to modify our services and these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter contractual rights and obligations that have already been established, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
34. Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
35. No Waiver
Failure by Aller-Retour to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, service-specific terms, supplier terms, and Privacy Policy, constitute the terms governing the relevant relationship between Aller-Retour and the client, subject to any separate written agreement between the parties.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written booking or service agreement, the specific agreement shall generally take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
37. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
The parties shall endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing formal proceedings.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the appropriate courts or other legally recognised dispute-resolution mechanisms in Kenya, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under Kenyan law.
